Step by step
- Open the Generate tab and tick the typologies to try: Bar, L, U, Courtyard, H and Tower.
- Choose Optimise for: balanced, maximum yield, solar access and open space, or maximum profit.
- Press Generate options. The ranked cards appear in a few seconds with units, NSA, FSR, storeys, midwinter sun and profit, and a badge for compliance failures or warnings.
- Click a card to load that option into the plan. The key figures, unit program and compliance list on the right update with it.
- Leave Live on to regenerate whenever you change the site or criteria. Live pauses when you edit buildings by hand so your edits are kept.
- Press Save as design on a card to keep it in My designs, or describe the project in words and press Set criteria with AI to fill the criteria from a brief.

Typologies and objective. In the Generate tab, tick the typologies to try: bar, L, U, courtyard, H and tower. Then choose what to optimise for: a balanced score, maximum yield, solar access and open space, or maximum profit.
Generate. Press Generate options. The engine tests hundreds of orientations, depths and packings, keeps the separation your controls require, sets storeys under the caps, plans every floor and basement, runs the solar analysis and ranks the results.
Ranked options. Each card shows units, net sellable area, floor space ratio, storeys, midwinter sun and profit, with a badge for failed or warning checks. Click a card to load it, and the plan, figures and compliance list update.
Live and save. With Live on, the options regenerate whenever the site or criteria change, and pause when you start editing by hand. Save as design keeps an option in My designs.
Describe it in words. Prefer words? Describe the project in the brief and choose Set criteria with AI. The criteria fill in from your description, ready for you to review.
